I love the roadkill count! Just as Dave was almost added to the list, so was our Howmedica friend, Randy. He sufferred from some heat stroke during a 10K event. His temp was a near lethal 107.8 degrees at one point. That drives home the point of staying hydrated, something I know you are doing very well.
